#165 - A Winner GETS BACK UP!

Good morning! We were surprised yesterday evening... I got a phone call and "Maamaa & Paapaa" wanted to see if "the boy" could come over and spend the night. :) HELLO! OF COURSE! :) "Maamaa & Paapaa" watch Tyler Junior once a week and are like grandparents to him. They love him and he loves them! What a blessing! SO... I sit here in a quiet, empty home. Just me, my typing and chirps from the birds outside.

Let's get going...

Proverbs 8:10,14,17,18,21 - Receive my instruction in preference to [striving for] silver, and knowledge rather than choice gold... ¹⁴I have counsel and sound knowledge, I have understanding, I have might and power. ¹⁷I love those who love me, and those who seek me early and diligently shall find me. ¹⁸ Riches and honor are with me, enduring wealth and righteousness ... ²¹That I may cause those who love me to inherit [true] riches and that I may fill their treasuries.

Let's quick jump into some Hebrew as a foundation of what we are going to read...

• Riches (Proverbs 8:18) - wealth & riches
• Honor (Proverbs 8:18) - abundance, riches, honor, reverence, dignity, glory, splendour, reputation
• Inherit (Proverbs 8:21) - to get as a possession, to TAKE possession, to acquire, to be allotted
• Fill (Proverbs 8:21) - fullness, abundance, to be full, to be accomplished, to be satisfied, complete, to be filled
• Treasuries (Proverbs 8:21) - treasure, storehouse, store, supplies of food & drink, magazine of weapons, treasure-house

Wow! That really gives us a good foundation of what is in store! Sometimes in life we go through comfortable stages... all is well, all is easy. No ruffling of feathers. Each day, fairly a walk through the park. Still things we may be believing for, but for all intensive purposes, we are relaxed and not really in the battle... not really in a fight.

I have heard the statement before, "If a winner gets pushed in a corner, they will come out fighting." As I was reading this morning, that was a statement that kept coming to mind. A winner doesn't stay down, they come out fighting! Each time the winner gets up, the courage of the opponent is weakened. "He keeps getting back up! Why doesn't he just stay down?!" But as that winner keeps getting back up, the enemy realizes that his tactics are not working. His punches are not holding, they aren't strong enough. He's not fast enough, or he just isn't powerful enough. The winner keeps getting back up! Praise the Lord! Is anyone else out there with me a WINNER??!?!?! It's like I can see hands raised from winners all over who are reading this! A winner gets back up! A winner keeps getting back up! Another verse in Proverbs talks about, I may fall 7 times, but will rise again! As believers, since we have the Holy Spirit on the INSIDE of us, we can't help but be a winner! Even when we are tired, even when we feel knocked down or defeated, the Holy Spirit already knows the end of the story, HE IS the Greater One on the inside of us! He has created ALL THINGS, and knows that WE HAVE VICTORY! In our flesh, when we feel weak, that Inner Voice RISES UP, "YOU ARE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR! GET UP!" GET UP! GET UP! And we drag ourselves back to our feet and get up yet again, yet another time! 

Proverbs 8:17 is one way that we come out fighting! When things look tough, we dig in, we fight, we go deeper! Verse 17 says, I love those who love me, and those who seek me early and diligently shall find me. When our strength is weak, when our flesh is tired, when we don't have the answers and what we SEE with our natural eye does not look good we DIG INTO THE WORD! We DILIGENTLY seek the ONE with ALL the answers! We do what a FIGHTER would do, we do what may be UNCOMFORTABLE! That may mean, waking up EARLY to fight! Waking up EARLY to prepare! Waking up EARLY to SEEK out the answers! Rising up EARLY to press in! Our diligence in our FIGHT is the PREREQUISITE of our Victory! 

Check this out! It says, when we DO that very thing, SEEK our Father early & diligently, WE WILL FIND HIM! WE WILL! And as we continue to read in Proverbs, it goes on to say those things He will bring with Him. RICHES. HONOR. ENDURING WEALTH. DIGNITY. REPUTATION. ABUNDANCE. WE WILL BE SATISFIED. 

WE ARE FILLED WITH GOOD THINGS! We are BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING! Take Heart! Have PEACE! WALK OUT YOUR VICTORY! 

GET AGGRESSIVE WITH YOUR COVENANT, CHILD OF GOD! 

SATAN! YOU ARE DEFEATED! THE BLESSING OF THE LORD, THEY OVERTAKE ME! I AM A WINNER! YOU ARE DEFEATED! I AM A TITHER, THEREFORE ACCORDING TO MALACHI 3, I HAVE THE TITHERS RIGHTS! THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN ARE OPEN OVER ME, THE DEVOURER HAS BEEN REBUKED FOR MY SAKE!!! SATAN, SINCE I AM A TITHER, THE WORD SAYS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN REBUKED! YOU ARE DONE! I CLAIM MY VICTORY! I GET BACK UP! I'M NOT STAYING DOWN! I'M A FIGHTER AND I CLAIM MY VICTORY! JESUS HAS ALREADY DEFEATED YOU AND SO HAVE I! NATIONS ARE CALLING ME BLESSED! 

Take what is yours, VICTORY!

Malachi 3:10-12 Bring all the tithes (the whole tenth of your income) into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and prove Me now by it, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.¹¹And I will rebuke the devourer [insects and plagues] for your sakes and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground, neither shall your vine drop its fruit before the time in the field, says the Lord of hosts. ¹²And all nations shall call you happy and blessed, for you shall be a land of delight, says the Lord of hosts. 

#86 - LIVE in the BLESSING ** A MUST READ! **

OK.... WHOA! I almost feel like just bypassing the whole "Good morning" stuff... I'm just going to skip to: WHOA! I want to prepare you... what you are about to read is REALLY REALLY GOOD STUFF!!! You may have to read it more than once to allow it to sink in, but if you grab it as revelation to YOU then it could really change your whole life, how you think about things and what you accept as truth! It is good. So... let's get started. Well first... let me just pray, "Lord, I thank you for your AMAZING Word... please allow Your word today to flow out in a way that is easy to receive. Thank you that the words will all be in the right order and will FREE people. That they will allow people to truly grab hold of YOUR blessing that You have given to them. I pray this all in JESUS MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!"

Proverbs 15:15 - All the days of the desponding and afflicted are made evil [by anxious thoughts and forebodings], but he who has a glad heart has a continual feast [regardless of circumstances].

Psalms 105:6,11 - O you offspring of Abraham His servant, you children of Jacob, His chosen ones... He is [earnestly] mindful of His covenant and forever it is imprinted on His heart, the word which He commanded and established to a thousand generations, Saying, Unto you will I give the land of Canaan as your measured portion, possession, and inheritance. 

Proverbs 31:21 - She fears not the snow for her family, for all her household are doubly clothed in scarlet. 

Let's first look at the word forebodings... you probably have a feeling of what that word is... this is the definition from the dictionary: prediction, a strong inner feeling or notion of a future misfortune, evil. Just look at the POWER of your thoughts. This goes along with the devotion from the other day that talked about having a PMA, Positive Mental Attitude. All the days of the "desponding & afflicted" .... Desponding. Not a word you probably use every day. The dictionary terms it as: to be depressed by loss of hope, confidence, or courage. So, if you put that verse into words and terms that WE use it would say: The depressed CAUSE evil to come upon them by allowing themselves to be stressed (anxious thoughts) and by predicting evil in their life, allowing their inner feelings to think negative & dwelling on the possibility of future misfortune. WOW! That is a load! Do you ever drive around and your mind is racing on how bad this "situation" COULD turn out? STOP IT!!!! STOP! Choose to have a glad heart regardless of your circumstance! Choose to see the good! I'm going to tell you why that's important... 


Offspring of Abraham. Check this out... the offspring of Abraham are experiencing AMAZING things. I mean, think about it..... they are receiving an INHERITANCE that consists of the NATION of CANAAN!!! So much for your mom's china cabinet or wedding ring, Abraham's offspring are receiving an inheritance of a WHOLE NATION! WHOA! Ok... you may be thinking... "OK Amy. That's great for them, back in that day. Hip hip horray for Abraham's offspring. Now, how does that affect me?" 


OMG! Let me tell you!!! YOU ARE ABRAHAM'S OFFSPRING! IT'S TALKING ABOUT YOU!!!! It doesn't matter if you haven't traced your family tree back to Abraham, if you are a born again, child of God, YOU officially put yourself in this lineage! Let's go back for a short history lesson. Go with me to Galatians 3:29 - And if you belong to Christ [are in Him Who is Abraham's Seed], then you are Abraham's offspring and [spiritual] heirs according to promise. In other words, IF YOU have accepted Christ as your Savior, YOU are now Abraham's offspring. You have been grafted into and adopted into the family! You are an HEIR! 


Let's look further, let's continue to see what this entails! Galatians 4:4-7 - .... God sent His Son...To purchase the freedom ...that we might be adopted and have sonship conferred upon us [and be recognized as God's sons]. And because you [really] are [His] sons, God has sent the [Holy] Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, Abba (Father)! Father! Therefore, you are no longer a slave (bond servant) but a son; and if a son, then [it follows that you are] an heir by the aid of God, through Christ.


Brother or Sister, do you get this? GOD IS YOUR FATHER! REALLY! He is your FATHER! Therefore, when you read about the blessing of Abraham, of the benefits of being an HEIR, it is talking about YOU!!! A Covenant. 1000 generations. What's a generation? How many years is it? Approximately 20-30... so let's just call it on average that a generation is 25. 1000 generations would be approximately 25,000 YEARS!!!! So, GUESS WHAT?!?!? YOU fall in that time period of what it is talking about in Psalm 105!!


Therefore, your inheritance? CANAAN! NATIONS! Having a hard time paying your bills? Grab hold of the concept of WHO YOU ARE! Brother, sister, this is HUGE - YOU ARE ABRAHAM'S SEED and HEIR, or RECIPIENT of EVERY GOOD BLESSING AND GIFT!!! If you want a LIST of the blessings that belong to you, go check out Deut. 28:1-14. Here are a few just to give you an idea... GOOD stuff!!! Blessed shall be the fruit of your body (Want kids? Told you can't have them? That's not what my Book says!!!) The Lord shall cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before your face... The Lord shall COMMAND the blessing upon you in your storehouse (aka: bank account in our day) and in ALL that you undertake. And He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God GIVES you. And the Lord shall make you have a SURPLUS of prosperity, through the fruit of your body, ...lifestock, ...ground, in the land which the Lord SWORE to your fathers to GIVE you. YOU SHALL LEND to MANY NATIONS, but you SHALL NOT BORROW. 


WORD!!! Friend! Meditate on this!! There is NOTHING to big for God. Receive this as a revelation. Sit on it. Think on it. Dwell on it. Let it permeate in your WHOLE BEING! THIS WORD is talking to YOU! This is YOUR INHERITANCE NOW! This belongs to you NOW! Are you living in an area of LACK in ANY area of your life?? Bills? Mortgage? Vehicles? Relationships? Then you need to GET A REVELATION where Deut 28 is concerned!! I am PREACHING to myself too!! I need to get a greater revelation of what belongs to me!! Because guess what?! When this revelation is lived out in it's fullness, that means you OWN NO MAN NOTHING. You own your cars, you own your house and houses, you own your land. You LEND money not to just your "brother-in-law", but NATIONS are asking to borrow money from you, and you LEND TO THEM! 


WOW! Get this! This is good stuff! Now let's get it and live it! The Kingdom of God NEEDS US, God's Children to be living in the FULLNESS of the blessing, of our rightful INHERITANCE that has ALREADY been given to us. The WORLD needs us to live like that!! WHY? Because Jesus is not coming back until the whole world has been preached the gospel! And that takes DOE RAY MEE!! GREEN BACKS! DINERO! CASHOLA! CASH! MONEY! To preach the gospel to ALL the ends of the earth takes money! Let's DO OUR PART and LIVE IN THE BLESSING! 

#64 - RECLAIM IT ALL!

Good morning! It is a beautiful morning here in Columbia!! Fall weather is just beginning to grace us... I can tell because I have jeans on and it's not unbearably hot here on the porch! I don't even think it's in the 100's! Whoa! Maybe 90's or high 80's... but with the fan on and light breeze, it doesn't feel too bad. Tyler Jr has his 9 month "well visit" today to the pediatrician. It's usually fun! He's so good at the Doctor and Dr Sooros always goo's and ga's over how good he's doing. No shots today, so that is good!! AND the treat afterwards!! Firehouse Subs!! I think we do that just so dad has an excuse to go to the Dr's apt with us, and then can look forward to a yummy sandwich. Hey! Whatever works so dad comes with us. It's fun to have him with us!! He's a super fun person, so ANY time I can have lunch with him is a good time. We are still honey-mooning. We will celebrate 10 years January 6th! WOW! And definitely still honey-mooning. Alright... let's roll this morning... 


Today's Reading Schedule: Proverbs 8, Proverbs 31:10-31, Psalms 8, 38, 68, 98, 12

Proverbs 31:28a - Her children rise up and call her blessed....

Psalms 8:6 - You made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet.

Psalms 128:3, 6a - Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the innermost parts of your house; your children shall be like olive plants round about your table.Yes, may you see your children's children.

I am always saddened when someone tells me that they can not have children. Not saddened at the "words" of them telling me, but saddened at the lack of knowledge. Over and over in the Bible it talks about "none are barren, not one" or "children are a heritage" or "leave an inheritance for your children's children." If it talks about it as a promise, it is there for us! In the Bible it talks about women who were barren and their wombs were opened. They had children! 


Let's have a quick history lesson... Psalms 8:6 talks about US being given DOMINION. What does that mean really? Well, back in the garden, Adam was given the keys to everything! He had dominion over the whole earth. He had authority over everything that happened on the earth. It was HIS to rule. Well, as the story goes, you and I know that Adam and Eve sinned. When they sinned, they handed the keys over to Satan giving him dominion and authority over the earth. Giving him rulership. So, God HAD to have a plan B. God had to bring the opportunity back to man-kind to rule again. To have authority. Since God had already GIVEN it to Adam he could not take it back. Adam had dominion and through his sin, he GAVE the dominion to Satan. God could not just "take it back." He had to have man-kind take it back from Satan. God could not go back on His Word. You and I both know what happened next.... after a series of events, Jesus comes into the picture. The valiant Savior. The one who could come and RECLAIM what was rightfully ours! Who would RECLAIM our Dominion and Rulership over Satan and ALL the "works of His hands." All the works! ALL. What does ALL mean? ALL means ALL! Land, money, children, food, animals, things.... ALL. All means ALL. Jesus came back for a battle. Jesus came back to RECLAIM the keys of ALL that God created during the 7 days of creation. Jesus came to reclaim them from Satan, so he needed to DEFEAT Satan, and hand the keys back over to US, BELIEVERS in CHRIST. Death, hell and the grave. Jesus defeated Satan, defeated DEATH, rose again on the third day... and now assumes his position at the right hand of the Father, ALIVE! Why does the "Catholic Cross" not portray things accurately? Because Jesus is NO LONGER ON THE CROSS, He is NO LONGER IN THE GRAVE. Jesus ROSE again from death. Defeated death & Satan, and Jesus is NOT on the cross or grave, HE IS ALIVE! 


"Ok Amy. That all sounds great! What does that mean to me? How does that affect me?" 


"How does that affect YOU?" you ask! It affects you in a HUGE WAY! HUGE!!! I just want to type the word HUGE so big that it takes up your whole computer screen! As a believer in Christ, when you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, you are a "co-heir." (Romans 8:17 -Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.) - You are now a CO-HEIR with Christ, and you now have a position of AUTHORITY and DOMINION! We share in the VICTORY that Jesus had in defeating Satan. NOW, as a Believer, EVERYTHING is under our feet! Including Satan! Including sickness, disease, poverty, barren-ness, including death! We will live eternally with Jesus when we die. As believers we have inherited eternal life! If the Doctor has given you a bad report, do you know where to put it? UNDER YOUR FEET! We, as believers, need to KNOW our AUTHORITY, KNOW what rightfully belongs to us and RECEIVE IT! RECLAIM IT as ours! You and I are CO-HEIRS with Christ! Do you realize the MAGNITUDE of that? What is a Co-Heir? Someone who has "possessory rights to property or things", an estate, ALL the belongings of the successor. If we are a Co-Heir, we have EQUAL SHARE in EVERYTHING that belongs to Jesus. And He is HEIR to who? Heir to God who created it all! Read it for yourself in Romans 8:17 - "We are heirs - heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ"


If it doesn't line up with the Word, don't accept it. A report from the doctor. They say you can't have children? That's not what my Bible says! You're sick and dying? That's not what my Bible says! You're young and told that cancer is going to take your life at 40 or 50? That is NOT what my Bible says! Not only are we the healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24)... but as we see in our verses for today, "Yes, may you see your children's children."  If you haven't seen your grandchildren yet, it's not time for you to go. 


And... our Proverbs 31 woman is holding up her end of the stick.... she has CHILDREN! Not one, but many. She has children and they call her blessed!!! 


SO... KNOW who you are in Christ! Know your authority! Know the promises that are YOURS! Don't accept reports that, as a CO-HEIR with Christ, don't belong to you. Ask yourself.... if JESUS CHRIST Himself received this __________, (you fill in the blank - bill, debt, poverty, sickness, etc) would He accept it? If he received this disease? If the thief came and stole from Him? Would He let the thief walk off with HIS goods? Take your RIGHTFUL position as a CO-HEIR with Christ and RECLAIM ALL that is rightfully yours! RECLAIM IT ALL!

#51 - Have you started your INHERITANCE?

Good morning! Well... I feel like this is going to be a pretty quick post today (we'll see when it's all said and done!) The Holy Spirit was pretty straight to the point! 

Proverbs 13:22 (KJV) - A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

Proverbs 31:25 - Strength and dignity are her clothing and her position is strong and secure; she rejoices over the future [the latter day or time to come, knowing that she and her family are in readiness for it]!

I was very interested by the word "AND" in Proverbs 13:22. I'm not a grammar or English scholar, but from an English/grammar perspective I think of "AND" as bringing multiple things together. Bringing things that belong together, together.  


Well.... this is what the Holy Spirit said to me when I asked Him about it. 

Yes Amy, it does mean the two go together. It never is too early to start a "Grand-Children" account. Let it begin to grow. If it is in MY Word as something to do, why wait? Why do people wait? Lazy. Lack of planning. Lack of listening. Not in the Word enough to even hear my instructions in regards to this area. I want you and Tyler to do this now. It is a matter of obedience. You do this AND this happens. It goes together. The wealth of the sinner is laid up for YOU! Get the inheritance part down AND the wealth of the sinner will make it's way to you. This is not money received in "haste" like it talks about in verse 11, this is money received from obedience, you can EXPECT to receive it. 

Someone's gambling money, drug money, etc. This is "wealth" of the sinner, RECEIVE IT!

 GO TODAY!

Need I say more? 

What do I think of the Proverbs 31 woman in regards to this area?? Well... we know she has a "savings" from verse 16 AND here in our verse for today, we see that she is rejoices over the future! She knows that she and her family are ready for the future, the time to come. 


As a parent... I'm just beginning to realize that you want your child to have everything they need. You do not want them to lack. I'm sure that as children grow up, get out on their own, parents even more want them to be taken care of.... they don't want them to do without or go without, they don't want them struggling financially.... without money for food, or to pay their bills. I can only imagine the heartache for a parent that knows their baby doesn't have food in the refrigerator or pantry. I remember my mom telling me when we were all little... my mom and dad... four kids, newborn to 5 years old and my mom's pantry empty. Praying for God to provide food somehow. And my grandma just bringing bags of groceries over to their house. Wow! The heart of a "mother-in-law" or "mother"... knowing that her children and grandbabies had little to no food. You just want to pour into them, it makes you just want to provide, to give. 


Well....I say all that to say this, our Proverbs 31 friend has NO FEAR of this ever happening to her family. To her children or grandchildren. She KNOWS her family is READY for the future. I would anticipate that they began early to set money aside to leave that INHERITANCE for their CHILDREN'S CHILDREN! :)


So, in obedience to the Holy Spirit, I'm going to GO TODAY to start our GRANDCHILDREN account! :)
